Updates the fj repo with the release-review fixes and brings the bundled Claude skill in line with the current CLI surface.

Verification:

  • cargo fmt --all -- --check
  • cargo test
  • cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings
  • scripts/preflight.sh --quick
  • bash scripts/release-preflight.sh
